How does it work?
When your order is shipped or delivered in Katana, the status gets updated in the CRM and accounting system. The status is then sent to th-e customer.
Customers
Once the deal is created in the CRM app, the customer data is also synced with Katana automatically that includes shipping address and other details.
Products
The related product information is imported to keep the sales and manufacturing in sync.
Orders
The deals from the CRM will be synced as sales orders in Katana.
Shipments

How does it work?
